Terms and Conditions – A11y Camp subsidy assistance

Please read the following terms and conditions before submitting your subsidy request. By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

  • Subsidies are available to Australians with disability and their support.
  • You must be intending to attend A11y Camp, either in person or virtually.
  • Applications must be submitted by Sunday, 7 September 2025, to be considered.

2. Use of Funds

  • Subsidies may be used to cover travel, accommodation, and/or A11y Camp registration fees.
  • Support will be offered based on need and availability of funds
  • You may be asked to provide supporting documents (e.g. travel quotes, accommodation estimates) to help us assess your request.

3. Allocation Process

  • All decisions regarding subsidies are made by the A11y Camp organising team.
  • The amount of subsidy provided may vary depending on the request and available budget.
  • We may not be able to subsidise all requests.

4. Notification and Acceptance

  • Applicants will be notified of the outcome by 3 weeks after the date of submission.
  • If your application is successful, we’ll send further information about how the support will be provided (e.g. direct bookings, reimbursements, or registration codes).

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • If your plans change and you can no longer attend A11y Camp, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate support.
  • Let us know if your travel or accommodation plans change.

6. Privacy and Use of Information

  • The information you provide will be kept confidential and used only to assess your request and plan for accessibility.
