Call for presentations

Our call for presentations for A11y Camp 2025 is now open!

We invite submissions from prospective speakers for presentations of 20 and 40 minutes in length.

Have a more in-depth topic? Submit a half-day (3-hour) workshop of a hands-on activity, a practical walkthrough, or an interactive discussion to build skills.

We welcome a diverse range of presentations, some of the topics we are interested in include:

AI and ethics: designing and inclusive future (Ensuring that future technologies are accessible, equitable and free from bias).
Inclusive Design for Emerging Technologies (Ensuring accessibility in AR, VR, wearables, and other cutting-edge technologies)
Beyond compliance: creating inclusive experiences (Case studies and success stories that move past regulatory requirements to design experiences that truly empower and include all users)
Where Accessibility Happens: Stories from Practitioners (real world stories and experiences)
Accessibility best practice (insights and lessons on how design, development, testing and content can create accessible experiences)

A11y Camp will this year be held in Melbourne on 29 – 30 October 2025. The event will be hybrid, presenters can be in-person or remote.
